If you or your child have any symptoms of Coronavirus, or have been in contact with anyone showing symptoms or having the virus, please Do Not come to the course.
Self-isolate then book a Covid test. Call NHS 111.
Anyone in your support bubble must also self-isolate until you get your result.
You will be given advice on what to do next from the NHS.
Once you have your results back, and they are negative, can you please inform the Head Coach Peter Brathwaite, that you’re child is ok to come back to football.
You will need to show evidence of your negative test result. You can do this by email giving the date of the test, and date of the result. The email address is pstcb@hotmail.com
