What to bring

  1. Food. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink each day.

              CLOTHING.

  • Please wear appropriate clothing for the day As a suggestion if cold wear a cotton t shirt or under armour(Lycra), against your skin, and then your football shirt. You will stay warmer with one on than without! Bring  a form of water/wind proof jacket and a hat. Also bring/wear a sweat shirt and track suit bottoms.
  • Bring a sports bag to carry all your stuff, with your name on, would be a great idea.
  • DON’T FORGET TO PUT ON & BRING SUNCREAM IF WE ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THE SUN!!!
  • Please label all clothing and other items so that they can find their way back to you. The course will be outside so moulded/rubber studded boots are best.
  •  ( No Metal Studs), shin pads must also be worn. If very dry then just sturdy trainers.
  • If the weather is bad we will go inside into a dry area until it is ok to go back out. Therefore please bring a pair of spare trainers for this purpose.
